
Banana Pancake Recipe
Add some flavor to your pancakes! Easy banana pancake recipe that I love to make on a sunday morning after a long night out. Smooth tasting banana pancakes is a great pick me up in the morning. A little tip for mashing your bananas, after peeling the banana, place it into a zip-lock bag and mash away, helps keep the hands clean. I hope you enjoy this easy banana pancake recipe! Makes about 12 pancakes.
- 2 Bananas – rip, mashed
- 1 c Flour – all-purpose
- 1 c Milk
- 1 Egg – beaten
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Mix all of your dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, salt, sugar, baking powder and flour. In a seperate bowl mix your wet ingredients, milk, mashed bananas, egg and oil.
- Slowly stir dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients to create he banana pancake batter
- Cook your pancakes on an oiled griddle over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of banana pancake batter to make 1 pancake. Cook your banana pancakes until golden brown or to your likely.

OK, this great recipe is written for me. I can eat 10 pancakes easily, I think that banana will not cause me any problem at all.

And not to forget, 2 days ago, my wife made about 25 pancakes, I ate them 12, but I couldn`t ate banana then.
