Caramel Cheesecake Bars Recipe
Halloween is around the corner and kids will continue to be sugar high after their candy is gone. Make your kids this easy caramel cheesecake bar recipe to please their stomachs. Also this is a great dessert for Thanksgiving. These easy caramel cheesecake bars taste great! Serves 32.
- 1 c Chopped Pecans – divided
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/4 c Butter – melted
- 1/4 c Caramel Ice Cream Syrup
- 1 1/2 c Graham Cracker – crushed crumbs
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 4 Cream Cheese Bricks – Softened, 250g
- 1 c Sour Cream
- Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover the bottom of your 13×9 inc baking pan with foil, and make sure that the foil over extends the edges. Spray foil with non-stick spray.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted button and pecans together. Follow by covering the bottom of the pan with this mixture.
- Mix the sugar and cream cheese together, best way is to use an electric mixer. Be sure to blend this well. Next mix in your vanilla. Follow by mixing in your large eggs, one at a time. Finally pour your mixture into the pan over the crust.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the bars seem to settle. Remove from oven and let cool then refrigerate for a few hours or even over night. Finally top your caramel cheesecake bars with the caramel syrup topping. Store leftovers in frig.
