
Cilantro Bean Salsa Recipe
Ever have healthy guests over who are not looking for tailgating type food or little wieners wrapped in a bun? Well now you have an easy homemade salsa dip that all health nuts will enjoy. Fresh cilantro bean salsa is easy a recipe that will only take a few minutes to prepare. Once your guest arrive, chop up the ingredients and throw it all together. Enjoy this cilantro bean salsa dip.
- 1 Tomato – diced
- 1 Avocado – ripe, diced
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper – diced
- 1/4 Red Onion – diced
- 14 oz Black Beans – can
- 1/2 c Cilantro – chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Take all of your salsa ingredients and mix them together in a mixing bowl. Do not over mix because it tends to mush together. Serve with chips and spoon!
