Easy Meatloaf Recipe

What is easier then making meatloaf.  This easy salsa meatloaf recipe is quick to prep and easy to cook.  It will take about 15 minutes of your time to mix the ingredients before popping the meatloaf into the oven.  Add a little bit of salsa and cheese and you have a meatloaf full of flavor that is looking to explode in your mouth.  Serving size: 6

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Larege Egg – lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c Salsa
  • 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese – shredded
  • 1/2 c Bread Crumbs – Italian seasoned
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • dash Parsley
  • dash Salt
  • dash Pepper

Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

Next, Take all of your ingredients and mix them together in a large mixing bowl.  Once everything has been blended together well,  you can place the meat mixture into a bread loaf pan, say 5 x 9 loaf pan.  If you do not have a bread loaf pan simple mold your salsa meatloaf into a 5 by 9 log and place the meatloaf in a ceramic or glass bowl.

Finally, place your salsa meatloaf into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the temperature in the middle of the meatloaf reaches about 160 degrees.
