Shrimp Casserole Recipe
- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Shrimp – cleaned
- 1/2 tsp Mustard – dry
- 8 Slices Bread, day old, buttered, cubed
- 1/2 Lb Cheese – american, cheddar, shredded
- 1 Mushrooms – 3oz can, drained
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- dash Paprika
- Start off by spraying your baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Take 1/2 of your bread and place it into the dish. Next add a layer of mushrooms, shrimp and 1/2 of the cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, mix your eggs, seasonings, milk and pour it on top of your dish.
- Top it off with the remaining bread and cheese. Let settle in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees in the oven for about 40 minutes or until it is set.
