Shrimp Potato Cakes Recipe
Great tasting homemade Shrimp Cakes. I have tried a couple recipes but this shrimp potato cake recipe has been the best I have come across. Easy shrimp recipe which has a lot of flavor and I think you will like. Try this shrimp cake recipe. Serves 6
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Stock Powder
- 1 c Flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Large Potato – shredded
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6 Large Shrimp – chopped
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- Take all of the ingredients and mix them together in a large mixing bowl.
- Preheat a large non-stick pan on medium-high heat, be sure to spray the pan with non-stick spray as well. Next throw your shrimp cakes on the pan and begin to fry.
- Use your spatula to flatten and flip your shrimp cake. Cook both sides until golden brown
- Finally Serve HOT! You can use smooth avocado, salsa, sour cream or even some wasabi.
