Easy Stuffed Chicken Recipe
I pretty much live on chicken, every dish I make has some kind of chicken in it, buffalo, Italian seasoned, breaded, grilled, fried but I have never made stuffed chicken before. This easy stuffed chicken recipe has broccoli, pork roll and mozzarella cheese wrapped up inside a thin piece of boneless chicken breast. Feel free to add any kind of ingredient you want. Enjoy this easy stuffed chicken recipe. Serving Size: 1
source: my own creation
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1c broccoli florets
- 1/4c shredded mozzarella’s cheese
- 1 slice of pork roll (talyor ham)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Start by pre-heating your oven to 420 degrees and also bringing a pot of water to a boil. The boiling water is for your broccoli, we will partially cook the broccoli to soften it before wrapping it into the chicken.
- Prepare your chicken by slicing it in half length wise. We are doing this so we can thin the chicken out and also so give us more room to roll our ingredients. Do not slice your chicken all the way through, think of it like you are cutting a roll for a sandwich, just far enough to where it stays in tack and can open up. Spread the chicken open.
- Now you can begin by adding cheese, sliced pork roll and partially cooked broccoli on top of the chicken. Once it is all there, begin to roll the chicken, try and keep as much of the ingredients inside. You can use a tooth pick to keep your stuffed chicken rolled together.
- Now your stuffed chicken is packed, place it on a cooking sheet. Splash some olive oil on top along with some salt, pepper and garlic powder. Feel free to add any other seasonings.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
