Easy Turkey Burger Recipe
Four Cheese Turkey Burger is something I came up with last night. I had a few Purdue Turkey Burger patties left over from tailgating at the Phillies game this past weekend. The Turkey Burgers needed a little bit of flavor to them. Check out this mouth watering Four Cheese Turkey Burger.
Makes 3 Burgers.
source: my own creation
- 1lb Ground Turkey
- Bag of Shredded Four Cheese Blend (1.5 cups)
- 3 tbs Garlic Powder
- 3 tbs Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Fire up the Grill or George Foreman to get that preheated.
- Split your ground turkey into 3 even sections. Top each section off with a 1/2 a cup of cheese, 1 tbs of garlic powder, 1 tbs of italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.
- Mash all of the ingredients into the ground turkey by kneeding, once everything is mixed well you can mold the meat into a hamburger pattie.
Once all of their burgers are formed you can bring them over to the grill and cook them to your liking!- Instead of using ketchup I placed my homemade hot sauce in between the first and second pattie!
Enjoy this Four Cheese Turkey Burger!
These sound good. Turkey accepts garlic very well.
I often brown ground turkey exactly the same way I do ground beef – with lots of onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. The turkey is cheaper, is much more lean, and actually tastes very, very good.
