
Zucchini Bread Recipe
Very moist zucchini bread recipe. The prep time to make this zucchini bread is about 15 to 20 minutes and takes an hour to bake. - 2 c Zucchini – grated
- 1 c Walnuts – chopped
- 3 Eggs – large
- 1 c Vegetable Oil
- 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 c Flour – all-purpose
- 2 1/4 c Sugar
- 3 tsp Cinnamon – ground
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- Prehead the oven at 325 degrees F.
- Prep two 8 x 4 bread pans by greasing and lightly flouring.
- Sift for quickly stir your baking powder, baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
- Combined both mixing bowls together by slowly pouring in the dry ingredients while stirring. Mix the zucchini bread batter until it is creamy. Pour zucchini bread batter evenly into both pans.
- Baking will take about 45 to 60 minutes. Be sure to try to tooth pick test to determine if ready. Cool for about 20 minutes.
